We do not retain your personal information beyond what is necessary to fulfill an active engagement or respond to an inquiry. Google Analytics 4 data is retained according to Google's default data retention settings. If you are an active or former client, we retain business records (contracts, invoices, communications) as required by applicable law and sound business practice.

Our Project Estimator includes an optional NDA request. If you select that option, your project details are treated as confidential from the moment we receive your submission. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement will be provided before any scoping work begins. Confidentiality obligations applicable to client engagements are set out in our Terms of Service and in any engagement agreement we execute with you.
