Before sending an email to support, please check the forum and the FAQs to make sure your question has not already been answered.  If you can not find an answer, and are a current customer of WhipSocket Technologies please send a brief log into your billing/support center to
submit a "trouble ticket" and make sure to include all details, including the exact error you received or problem you are having, times experienced, what you might have done to cause the problem or fix the problem, etc.

If you are a non-customer and have a question regarding opening an account, or are having difficulties with our site, please feel free to contact us at
support@whipsocket.com and we will respond to your question within 12-24 hours.
 

Account Cancellation
It is your responsibility to notify Billing when you wish to close your account. You must send an email to us at support@whipsocket.com in order to cancel your account, otherwise you will be continued to be billed for your hosting account.  You must contact us five (5) days prior to your next billing date or you will be billed... and we will not offer a refund or be held responsible.  You may also cancel your own account within the billing center, but you must do so BEFORE your billing date or you will not be offered a refund.
